Classroom Technology

The Technology Department wants you to use our technology resources in the classroom, to engage students and be an active part of teaching. Here is some of what we offer, or will be offering in the near future:

• Interactive whiteboards in many rooms
• Portable projector carts on each floor of both buildings
• Document cameras on most projector carts
• Desktop computers in every classroom
  • Please note that desktop computers are physically connected to the school's network by ethernet cables - this affects classroom layout! Do not move desktop computers yourself. If you want to rearrange your room, get in touch with us FIRST so we can talk about what's possible.
• Many different educational software titles - explore what we've pre-installed for you in the Applications folder of OWNCS Macs, and familiarize yourself with our web-based software, available on the Links page.
• iPads available for exploration
